This page explains exactly what happens after you book a service, from our initial consultation to the structure of the spell itself.

1. The Mandatory Consultation and Intake
To ensure the highest chances of success and uphold our ethical standards, we require a comprehensive understanding of your situation.

Your 10-Minute Obligation
Every client receives a 10-minute consultation (via phone, in-person, email, or text message) to review their case. This is your opportunity to provide the full, unvarnished story.

You MUST clearly explain the ENTIRE situation, including:

• All relevant names and dates of birth for any primary persons involved.

• Specific, detailed circumstances leading to your current situation.

• Any and all details concerning third parties who may be interfering or acting as obstacles.

• Photos of any persons involved in the spell, including those who are wrongfully interfering. These photos help us focus the energy accurately.

We cannot proceed with the work until all required information is provided.
 

2. The Bewitchy Spell Structure: 1-Step vs. 2-Step Work
Not all situations are created equal. We categorize the complexity of your issue into one of two structures, which determines the required work and energy commitment.

🔮 The 1-Step Spell (The Direct Path)

• Definition: This spell addresses a straightforward goal where the path is generally clear, and there are no significant external obstacles blocking the desired outcome.

• Examples: Finding new love, attracting general luck, increasing confidence, or a basic cleansing.

• Action: The spell is performed directly on the core issue.

⚔️ The 2-Step Spell (Removing Obstacles First)

• Definition: This is necessary when a person, persistent negativity, or a defined obstacle is actively standing in the way of your desired result. To ensure the positive spell can take root, the interference must be neutralized first.

• Action: We perform two distinct spells:

  1. Step 1 (Removal/Uncrossing): A binding, banishing, uncrossing, or curse removal spell is performed to neutralize the interfering person or obstacle.

  2. Step 2 (The Core Spell): Only once the path is clear, the primary spell (e.g., love, success, or finance spell) is performed to manifest your desired outcome.

  If there are multiple people, suspected or not, or other issues or requirements, these incur extra steps. You must be honest, because if you are not, the spell will most likely not work, and that will be on you and your responsibility.

3. Timing, Moon Phases, and Urgency
Our work is deeply integrated with natural and celestial cycles to maximize potency.
Standard Scheduling (Moon Phase Integration)
Spell work is an energetic ritual and is not always performed immediately upon payment. We consult the current and upcoming moon phases to schedule your spell at the most astrologically beneficial time for your specific intention. This may mean you will need to wait for the next optimal phase, such as the Full Moon for maximum power or the New Moon for new beginnings. This strategic timing is part of our standard service and is crucial for maximizing the spell's potency. Furthermore, once the spell is cast, the energetic changes can take days or even weeks to fully integrate and manifest in the physical world. Patience is a critical component of successful spell work, as results are rarely instantaneous.
 

Urgent Requests (The $400 Surcharge)
If you require the spell to be performed urgently—outside of the optimal moon phase—it demands a different, more intensive form of spell work to compensate for the lack of natural energetic support.

• This urgent service incurs an additional fee of $400.00.

• Please discuss your timeline with us during your initial consultation if urgency is a factor.

The spell work does not promise or guarantee scientifically verifiable results, prediction of future events, or any guaranteed tangible outcome, and is sold as a tool of faith and intention, thus protecting us from wrongful claims of fraud.

• NO GUARANTEE OF SUCCESS: We invest 100% of our focus and skill into your work, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Free will, choice, and external conditions are powerful forces that cannot be entirely controlled.

• THE POWERS THAT BE: We operate with high ethical standards. If a spell is ultimately not in your highest good, or if the "powers that be" overrule the work for your best interest or spiritual growth, the spell may not manifest as desired. We cannot, and will not, override divine or karmic law.

• NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICE: Due to the time, energy, materials, and focus invested once a spell is cast or the process is initiated, all payments are strictly non-refundable.

• PUBLIC FEEDBACK & AGREEMENT: By agreeing to the non-refundable and non-guarantee terms (Clauses 2 & 4), you acknowledge that the final outcome of the work is beyond our guaranteed control and is your sole responsibility. Any public review or feedback (on social media, websites, or review platforms) that is solely based on the non-manifestation of the spell’s result (rather than the quality of the service provided or an ethical breach) is considered a violation of the agreed-upon terms of service. You accept that you purchased an energy work service, not a guaranteed outcome.
