Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the BeWitchy (The Devil's Crypt Pty Ltd) website and any associated services (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
 
1. General Terms
 

• Accounts: When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

• Intellectual Property: The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BeWitchy and its licensors.

• Links to Other Websites: Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. BeWitchy has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We strongly advise you to review the terms and policies of any external websites you visit.

• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including any breach of these Terms. All provisions of the Terms that should logically survive termination will remain in effect.

 
2. Service & Booking Policies
 

• Bookings: Booking a service with BeWitchy constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms, including our specific booking and refund policies. A refusal to agree to these terms, whether on our website or in an emailed contract, may result in refusal of service without a refund.

• Service Type: You are responsible for booking the correct service. If an incorrect service is booked, we reserve the right to either cancel the booking or provide a payment method to cover the difference in cost. Failure to make the additional payment in a timely manner will result in cancellation of the service.

• No Refunds: All service and digital bookings are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, whether the service has been conducted or not.

• Rescheduling: We reserve the right to reschedule services as often as necessary due to staff or family illness. While we may, at our discretion, offer the same courtesy to clients for genuine illness, this is not a guaranteed right.

• No-Show/Inappropriate Conduct: If a client fails to attend a service or engages in threatening, harassing, or otherwise uncomfortable behavior, BeWitchy reserves the right to cancel the service with immediate effect and without a refund.

 
3. Disclaimers
 

• Psychic Insights Only: BeWitchy does not offer professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Our services are for psychic insights and predictions only. You must seek advice from qualified professionals for all medical, legal, and financial matters.

• AS-IS Service: Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind.

 
4. Miscellaneous
 

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 15 days' notice for any material changes. By continuing to use the Service after the new Terms take effect, you agree to be bound by them.

• Pricing: We aim for fair and transparent pricing. Please note that prices reflect not only the product or service cost but also associated expenses like packaging and handling.

• App Usage: All terms and conditions mentioned here also apply to the use of the BeWitchy mobile application.
