If you wish to shop in store during closures, you will need to book here. Sorry payment is necessary due to time wasters. Any member of the public can multibook in the free listing: Shop in store FREE TO BOOK. This listing is for those people requiring 1 on 1's ie no other customers. Other staff may be present however. 20mins PRIVATE SHOP (NO CONSULTATION OR ADVICE ie you just want to browse or know what you want) $50 (deductible from purchases - we find most people spend this very easily) 20mins Private shop plus consultation $99 ($60 of the fee charged here is not deductible from any purchases and is a flat 120mins only. You will however receive $39 off of any purchases made.) Consultation means you have an issue and need help resolving it through product purchases. NO PSYCHIC INSIGHT IS GIVEN FOR FREE. 40mins Private shop plus consultation $165. ($65 is deductible from purchases only). Consultation means you have an issue and need help resolving it through product purchases. NO PSYCHIC INSIGHT IS GIVEN FOR FREE. This booking allows you privacy on personal matters ie not wanting other shoppers in store. This is a good option for those suffering traumatic circumstances or just not feeling very peopley. THIS BOOKING IS NOT A READING SERVICE! SO PLEASE DON'T ASK! If you require a reading, please book in. NOTED: Bookings made that collide with public openings will be declined or amended. You should attempt to book in for Monday to Saturdays 10am to 5pm ONLY. NO SUNDAYS unless it is before or after the scheduled end of month Sunday opening. PUBLIC SHOP OPENINGS ARE: Tues, Wed, Thurs 5pm to 9pm. The 2nd week of the month, Saturdays 11-3pm. The last week of the month, Sundays 11-3pm.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancelations. You may reschedule yourself using this system but must be made within 24hrs of your booking. You may reschedule 1 time only, after that you lose your payment and will need to rebook and repay. If you are wanting to reschedule due to associated anxiety, please let us know as we can work around this. If your service is a reading or other type of consult, you may have a phone or video service. Thank you for your understanding.
