Service Description

Please book in with what you see available (the 6 hour block has no consequence to you. It is there for senior clients who can't use the internet, unwell clients, plan managed clients, urgent readings & repeat clients to ask after booking to go on the waitlist to shift to an earlier slot. The 6hr slot is often filled overnight/early morning.  Please do not message to see what is available on the day,  just book in on another day, that you are able to attend services. AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE US ENQUIRING ON EARLIER TIME SLOTS UNLESS YOU HAVE A BOOKING. WE ARE NOT A WALK IN ON THE DAY SERVICE. We can be booked out for days or weeks at a time, dependent on the service but do sometimes have waitlist spots available or rescheduled spots but we will not engage on what is available unless you already have a booking. But you will get the truth from spirits perspective and sometimes it can be a hard pill to swallow for some clients. But do know that all insight is given with the best intention of helping YOU improve yourself and find happiness. Some clients do require change in order to get to where they need to be. *This reading service, does not include Business insight. The only time business insight will be referred to is if spirit gives it. Please refer to the Business Reading Service for readings pertaining to success, growth, creation etc of businesses. Unfortunately if you ask intensive questions pertaining to business in a personal reading, you will be referred to the other listing. Thank you for your understanding. Video conferencing Add video conferencing so that this service can be offered online. If you are unwell or out of town, you may like to secure the phone or video phone service.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancelations. You may reschedule yourself using this system but must be made within 24hrs of your booking. You may reschedule 1 time only, after that you lose your payment and will need to rebook and repay. If you are wanting to reschedule due to associated anxiety, please let us know as we can work around this. If your service is a reading or other type of consult, you may have a phone or video service. Thank you for your understanding.
