Service Description

Brand Starter Package A$5,000 Server, domain name, contact form, bookings, shop with 50 products. *You can access these websites and make changes yourself. Brand Advanced Package A$8,500 Server, domain name, contact form, bookings, shop with 100 products. *You can access these websites and make changes yourself. Basic 1-2 pages w/contact A$850 *You can access these websites and make changes yourself. Basic No Access 1-2 pages w/contact A$550 *You CAN NOT access these websites - you will need to pay us to make any more changes. Website Training: If you need training to learn how to use your website, we offer a once off 2hr training session in person or via online. Fee is: $360. The booking you make here is for our consultation leading up to your creation. The fee covers the cost of our services to you. During your phone consultation, you will be offered 3 types of website platforms to choose from. You are permitted to think about the decision. Once you have emailed all your decisions, information and ideas to us, we will need 7-21 days to complete your job. Once the website is has been emailed to you, you will have up to 7 days to get back to us with changes. 2 lots of changes (typos) are permitted (not major design or website platform changes though). After 2 lots of changes, please note: changes incur costs $180 per hr.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancelations. You may reschedule yourself using this system but must be made within 24hrs of your booking. You may reschedule 1 time only, after that you lose your payment and will need to rebook and repay. If you are wanting to reschedule due to associated anxiety, please let us know as we can work around this. Thank you for your understanding.
