BOOKINGS

IMPORTANT CONTRACT NOTICE: Refusal to agree to terms and conditions here within or emailed to you, can lead to refusal of service with no refund.

All readings (besides email) are available in person and online ie video or phone - you choose which you prefer.

Effective immediately, if you book the wrong service, your booking will be cancelled or we will give you an additional payment method, to make up the difference, if any. If payment is not received by the preferred time frame, your service will be cancelled and you will need to rebook. We will give you direction on the appropriate booking.

DISCLAIMER

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

We do not offer medical or legal advice pertaining to, for example filling out forms or giving medical advice - again, always seek professional medical advice. For example, we may predict seeing "cancer" and then tell you go see your Dr for tests. We may predict seeing you go to jail, suggest not doing anything illegal and if you do or have committed a crime, to go see a Legal Practitioner.

CHANGES

NO REFUNDS ON SERVICE BOOKINGS

There are no refunds given on services. None before or after or even where the service has not been conducted. BeWitchy reserves the right to reschedule services as often as required or necessary when it comes to our reader or other staff members being unwell. We are not obligated and is a matter of our discretion to show the same courtesies. We do however ask that you remain home if you are unwell and instead have your service via phone or zoom, where applicable.

By purchasing or booking through our website you understand that we do not give refunds ever, under any circumstances when it comes to digital sale and service sales.

All services are prepay to secure.

PRICING
We aim to be fair with all our pricing of stock, products, services and postage costs. Please keep in mind that postage doesn't just cost the fee that we all get charged. You must also factor in the actual packaging and envelope expenses and the time it takes.
Additionally, you may see that some companies stock products much cheaper than us - most of these companies are buying bulk and some often direct from the manufacturer, therefore cutting out middle men and can afford to then list products cheaply.
