As many of you know we have had many adjustments and changes to our shop hours to suit a varying of reasons and happenings - all very welcomed by us!
Whilst we are still decorating and updating the store (these things take time), our hours are now finalised. We are very very excited!
Just the other day, a customer who had not been in the store for some time was astounded, amazed and really loved the shop! She said she just had to stand there and take it all in. That the vibe was wow! and there was so much to look at. She went on to say how the shop is going to be bouncing with people once we have it all done, and we know she is right!
So come on in and take a look, yes it's not done but we are half way there!
Commencing October 8th 2024, noted Services and Store hours are different.
SERVICES: 7 days per week, 10am to 7pm most days - we suggest booking ahead if you are wanting to secure the weekends and later evening times.
RETAIL STORE: 4 days per week, Tuesday to Friday 11am to 2pm and officially 5pm to 9pm (sometimes 10pm to midnight unofficially - so you can text and ask if we are open later, if you are needing a later drop in time).
There is almost always a minimum of 2-3 team members in store.
Saturday 10am to 2pm. Some Sundays. Some later nights. Never early mornings, so please don't ask. We don't do 8 or 9ams.
BOOKING IN ONLINE TO SHOP IN-STORE: Essentially as long as there are spots available, you can book to view the shop outside of the retail opening hours 7 days per week! *Noted this must not be abused ie if you don't show up and are a repeat offender, you will lose the rights to book this service. Importantly, no staff member will answer psychic questions outside of services - so please book in an actual service if you are wanting one. Also, please book this service, only if your intention is to buy items. Our time is precious to us also.
We are not one of those types of stores who gives out inaccurate unsupported advice and insight, that can be damaging. We take what we do seriously, so please always book in for paid services when it comes to advice and insight.
We will be open randomly some Sundays and later evenings - but these will be random as we see fit and will advertise via google and social media when we are open outside of those hours.
Our store and service rooms are air conditioned and heated.
We have a place for you to perch yourself, Carve and Dress Candles. For a small fee you can also utilise our Altar for your spellwork!
We have a waiting area within the retail store, that allows for 2 people. Friends and partners are not permitted in the service rooms.
However noted, there are some exceptions to the rules ie children must have 1 adult in attendance.
