Domestic & Overseas Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 days.
Shipments and deliveries occur 7 days per week. On days that we are closed, usually a Monday, the order is processed immediately the following day. In the scenario we are experiencing high volume orders or there is illness with staff/COVID, please expect small delays, pertaining to those issues. Staff will contact you if there are any delays.

PRE-ORDERS/BACK ORDERS/ORDER NOW orders are also processed within 1 day. Please note: if we are shipping from an overseas supplier we may ship direct from that supplier. Sometimes we ship to ourselves and then to you. Generally most customers receive those orders within 2-3 weeks but there can be delays associated to postage and COVID etc. We ask customers to expect a wait time of up to 6-8 weeks, being a worst case scenario. We suggest having a mindset of 14-40 days for pre-order or order in stock, unless specified differently in the listing.

Stock that is available immediately is processed and shipped within 1-2 days. Within Australia you can receive those deliveries within 3-7 days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Sometimes shipping is free, charged by weight or flat rate.

We aim to be fair with all our pricing of stock, products, services and postage costs. Please keep in mind that postage doesn't just cost the fee that we all get charged. You must also factor in the actual packaging and envelope expenses and the time it takes.

Shipment to P.O. boxes
PO Box shipment within Australia is permitted. PO Boxes etc are not permitted outside of Australia sorry as it is not allowed by those postage/shipping service providers.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
In Stock Now shipment orders are given tracking numbers. If your PRE-ORDERS/BACK ORDERS/ORDER NOW are coming to us first, you will not receive tracking orders until we send it on. We will keep you informed.

Customs, duties, and taxes
BeWItchy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
BeWitchy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Please take photos of the damaged goods as they arrive and include this with your claim.

Returns Policy
