Contract

By entering into any service with BeWitchy, it's contractors, employees, owners or otherwise, you agree to the following terms and conditions, NDA, Disclaimers and associated terms ie Reviews left.

INTENT

You agree that you are not coming to this service with ill intent ie to spy for a competing business or gather intel or information to pass to a third party or to steal ideas and concepts.
You agree that if you are from a competing business of any product or service ie a reader, that you will reveal this before the service commences.
You agree that you are coming to your service with an open mind, open heartedly, with specific and direct questions to ask, photos, and importantly with a good attitude.
You understand that you will be asked to leave, the minute you raise your voice at MV or any other staff member.
You understand that we do not accept verbal abuse or aggressive emotional outbursts. As they say, "Don't shoot the messenger."
You understand that whilst we will show care and empathy, we can not control your emotions, regardless of the information coming through. Getting angry at us, is not ok.
You understand that spirit directs on delivery of information but that sometimes, he will advise, it will not matter how we present something, that you might not take it well. We do give warnings where this is relevant.
You understand that MV and other employees do not talk about their personal affairs or business matters and that you are not permitted to ask.
You understand that MV and other staff members, do not give you permission to "read them or their energy".
You understand that we do not service what we consider "Conflicts of Interest" without the Primary Clients permission ie If a male client is our first client, we will not see the girlfriend of a male client, should they be experiencing issues, without permission from the male client.

WHAT YOU GET ON THE DAY

You understand that what you get on the day is what you get and can vary on other days.
You understand that you might hear things, including about yourself or things that you need to change, that will better improve you life, for you, and that it is never a personal attack but instead a direct truth telling awakening that is only stated by the spirits that be, to help you.
You understand that MV and employees do not give personal judgement or opinion. Whilst this can be confrontational, you understand that it is not an excuse to become verbally abusive, or leave a bad review for example.

MEDIUM READINGS

You understand that we are dealing with the Afterlife and that we do not control or dictate to it.
You understand that the Afterlife will give us what it wants to give us.
You understand that you may hear things that shock you, annoy you, upset you or otherwise and that this is not the fault of the reader. MV will always be honest.

BUSINESS READINGS

You understand that if you wish to have a business reading, you must purchase the business reading listing. This is due to the fact that MV has assisted in making many people wealthy - she needs to be appropriately remunerated and respected for her time and insight and service.

OTHER

You understand that outcomes sometimes are set in stone and that other times they may depend on your freewill or other persons freewill actions. Most often than not, this is explained during your service.
We are not Medical or Legal professionals. We always advise you seek those professionals, even when taking on board our advice and insight.
I understand that I should not attempt to steer a reading, trick, test, or hide information.
I also understand that giving information does not effect the outcome of the reading ie it does not influence things seen or heard. If you are asked a question or feel comfortable or desire to download, it is permitted.
I understand that when things are "not set in stone" or "hazy" it means I am not supposed to know yet and that if I was to push the point, it would cause issues.
I understand that MV's technique is direct & specific, & should not be taken out of context. ie "The product is going to do really well, go right off and be a success", does not suggest you sink every last dollar into that project.
If MV said "Spirit said you should spend every last cent on your business project & that it will be a success because of that", then this would be an accurate and clear prediction.
I therefore understand that there are usually no hidden or cryptic messages in her readings.
I understand that if I book the wrong service, I will be sent a link for an additional payment towards the correct amount. I also understand my booking may be cancelled.
I understand that 30min bookings are not encouraged.
I agree to respect my reader at all times.
I agree to listen and act on advice and insight given specifically and that if I choose not to, then my outcomes are on me.
Renovations: I understand that the shop is sometimes undergoing redecorating or renovating and that I accept the shop will not always be in clean and tidy order.
I understand and accept that if MV or a family member of hers is unwell, that she will reschedule. I agree to not badger, harass or get aggressive if this happens. You accept that your appointment will be rescheduled and will accept that outcome peacefully. You understand and accept that there are no refunds or cancellations.

USE OF INFORMATION

You understand that whilst we give you a conditioned guarantee of privacy and confidentiality, we may also use your reading as an example to other clients, on podcasts, blogs or anything else we see fit.
You understand that we will never share information that would intentionally reveal your identity or cause you harm and we will never use real names or names at all.

COUPLES, GROUPS, FAMILIES, CHILDREN

You understand that no other person is permitted in your reading. Children who need to attend with you, can wait in the waiting area, or if no intimate issues are being discussed, a baby or small child, can remain in the room.
Children are absolutely not permitted to attend a reading where they are at risk of hearing any inappropriate or anything that could put any family member at risk ie a child repeating to your abusive partner, that MV suggested you leave asap, can cause obvious harm.
Only when 2 people from a couple have attended individual sessions with MV, are permitted to come to couples sessions. This needs to be pre-approved by MV.
Childrens readings, require an adult present.
Family readings can be done, but these are only for trusted repeat clients, who have sough permission from MV.

REVIEWS

You understand we have written the following to pre-empt any possible issues because we hold high pride and value in what we do and know first hand that reviews can kill a business, often unfairly.
You understand that we take defamation and slander seriously.
You understand that leaving bad reviews can impact employees and business owner income.
We request that you allow any time frames for predictions to unfold, before you leave a review. We have seen many clients disagree that a prediction will be true, only to later see it unfold.
We request that if you are going to leave a review, you do it whilst the insight is fresh in your mind still ie leaving it too long can make you forget all the good things.
We request you do not leave any review under 5 stars.
We request you leave a 5 star review with information pertaining to why you left the review.
You understand that advice and insight given does and can impact outcomes ie if you are told to "jump over a rock 10 times before you get to location A" but fail to do this and get the bad outcome predicted, instead of the good one predicted, that you are responsible for your own outcomes and therefore negative outcomes.
This means you can not leave a bad review citing a good prediction did not happen, if you did not take the direction from spirit to get to that point.
You understand that positive outcomes, sometimes comes with direction or advice from spirit. Sometimes you get a choice of your final destination. Your not taking advice is on you.
Whilst we agree it is our right to leave reviews as consumers, we ask you to do so with it in mind, that you could be creating financial issues, unjustified or deserved.
Specifically, for example, leaving a bad review because you didn't like your reading ie you did not like hearing negative things, is not a good or acceptable reason to leave a bad review.
By entering into this agreement with us, you accept that you will hear whatever the powers that be, want you to hear on the day. We do not get to pick and choose.
However noted, for example, Madame Verveine, will always deliver information tactfully, and without cause to harm or disturb. Information is not given to hurt you, only to help improve you.
You accept that if you are not ready or did not like hearing the truth, that you will give yourself 6-12 months to process the information or insight given. Later, you may be grateful for having been told. Knowledge is often power.
You understand that not all readings are love and light, and that you will not necessarily hear what you want to hear, unless it is the truth.
You understand and accept that not hearing what you want, is not a good enough reason to leave a bad review.
You understand that if you leave a bad review, any privacy or confidentiality is null and void, and that it will be revealed publicly the contents of your service and all it's details, if it is needed to defend staff. This includes at Court proceedings.
You understand that by violating the review rule, and we should suffer ill repute or financial loss, or employees suffer financial loss as a result of your negative review, that we will make contact with you by any means necessary, where you will be served with a Cease and Desist order. Additionally, we may take you to Court, where we will lawfully seek compensation and whatever other items that may be relevant or necessary.
Review Incentive. You understand we are offering a 20% off your next service, each time you leave a 5 star detailed in information review. It is not offered as a bribe, but instead to encourage clients to leave reviews. Just let us know where you left the review ie send the link with details.

TRADEMARKS

You understand that BeWitchy and our other brands, are trademarked or have intended trademarks and unless you receive in writing from us, you are not entitled to copy or reproduce our branding in any way shape or form.

TIMING

You understand that your booking time slot is all you receive and nothing more. We will set a timer 10minutes prior to finishing and then 1 at 5 mins. The 5 min timers means your booking is complete and we will recap.

NO PHONES

Unless you are providing photos via your phone, no phone should be on.

RECORDINGS

You understand that you do not have permission to record any reading or service.

SHARING INSIGHT

You understand that you do not have permission to share third party insight, unless you ask on the day ie if you are allowed to tell the third party.

LOVE AND LIGHT & ALL THAT FAKE ASS SHIT

You understand that this is not a love and light establishment, but that however, we come from a place of purity and good intent when servicing clients. We want all our clients to be happy and experience great successes in their lives. As MV is a Demonologist, and well experienced in the service of Cleansings, no harm will come to you, unless you attempt harm upon us.

REQUESTS AND SUGGESTIONS TO RETURN

You understand that if MV or an employee suggest or request you return, during a certain time frame, that this is absolutely 100% necessary. It is not a sales gimmick.
You understand that we are restricted and governed by your booked time slot and that you may not have necessarily received all the things you needed to know or hear during that time frame.

FREQUENCY

You understand that we recommend readings and healings at least 3-4 times per year to enjoy full rewards from the delicious fruits of the forbidden tree.
You understand that we can not guarantee success and happiness in life, unless you are checking in regularly.
You understand that whilst you are going through hard times (which usually what brought you to us), that you may require to come back a lot more frequently to gain insight, advice and support.
You understand that staff are more than happy to do their jobs, and offer support without judgement. So in other words if you need to come a few times a week, whilst you are separating from someone, for example, then you do what you need to, to get through that. You won't necessarily continue to need the support, once you are out of that phase and back on your feet.
